We have been running our cleaning since 1998 originally just doing general domestic and commercial cleaning. We now employ 49 staff.
After an increase in demand for more extreme cleaning we decided to look into this more and signed up for our first training course with NACSC in 2011. We have not looked back since doing this course as it equipped us with the knowledge and confidence to carry out this type of work professionally.
We now carry our anything from decomposition cleaning, vermin infestations, house clearing and decontamination/sanitising on a regular basis. Our training even led to us doing a two part tv series for ITV about extreme cleaning called "Call the Cleaners".
We have returned to the academy to retake the course in 2017 in order to make sure our information and practise is all up to date. We will make sure we do this every 5 years minimum.
The training we received has been so beneficial and also the course is extremely enjoyable. We have made some very useful contacts with people and other businesses.
The membership has great benefits, brings us lots of work and even 9 years later we still ring Mark and Ben for advice!
